Deposit and payment

• A 50% deposit (plus the call-out fee for makeup, if it applies) secures your booking, or you can pay the full amount when you book. Your booking is confirmed once this payment goes through.
• The balance must be paid at least 24 hours before your appointment. You can pay it from your booking page.
• Bookings made less than 24 hours ahead are paid in full when you book.

Call-out fee (makeup)

• Makeup is done where you are, or at our studio in KwaThema, Springs. Nails and hair are done at the studio. There's no call-out fee for studio appointments.
• Call-out is free in the areas close to us: Actonville, Anzac, Apex, Benoni Central, Benoni North, Benoni West, Boksburg Central, Boksburg East, Boksburg North, Boksburg South, Brakpan Central, Brakpan North, Brenthurst, Cason, Cinderella, Comet, Dalpark, Dalview, Dawn Park, Denneoord, Dewald Hattingh Park, Dunswart, Elspark, Ethembeni Park, Farrar Park, Freeway Park, Groeneweide, Helderwyk, Huntingdon, Jan Smutsville, Jansenpark, Kenleaf, Kilfenora, Kleinfontein, Klippoortjie, Lakefield, Larrendale, Leachville, Leondale, Libradene, Mackenzie Park, Minnebron, Nestadt, New Modder, Parkdene, Parkrand, Plantation, Ravenswood, Reigerpark, Rondebult, Sallies Village, Sherwood Gardens, Sonneveld, Sunair Park, Sunward Park, Tamboville, The Stewards, Van Dyk Park, Villa Liza, Wattville, Weltevreden, Westdene, Westwood, Windmill Park, Witpoortjie.
• Everywhere else, a R250 call-out fee applies. It's separate from the price of your service.
• If the address you give is outside the free call-out areas, the call-out fee is payable before your appointment.
• The call-out fee is refunded if you cancel 24 hours or more before your appointment. With less notice it's kept, along with the deposit.

Cancellations

• Cancel 24 hours or more before your appointment and we'll refund your payment in full.
• If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, don't arrive, or we can't do your appointment when we arrive, your 50% deposit and any call-out fee are not refunded. Anything else you've paid is refunded.
• If we have to cancel, you get everything back.
• You can move your booking once, free, with at least 24 hours' notice. WhatsApp us to arrange it.

Please be on time

• If we have to wait 15 to 30 minutes before we can start (at your place, or for you at our studio), R150 is added and paid before we begin.
• If we wait more than 30 minutes, the appointment is cancelled and 50% of the service price is kept.
• This keeps us on time for the clients booked after you.
